Facebook for Business
In 2020, the Facebook for Business website averaged 25 million global visitors per month. However, customers found it hard to navigate, unsure of where or how to get started, and considered the site to be information overload.
The new site vision was βto create value for customers of all sizes.β Over the course of a year, I worked with countless partners across the Global Business Marketing organization to overhaul the site and implement a new modular design and page-type system to meet the growing needs of our business audience worldwide. Guidelines, video training, and toolkits were created to scale our impact operationally and consistently across regions.
