As Meta transitioned from a social media platform to a multi-faceted technology company, the website needed to evolve and find new ways to bring business value to customers. Anchored by our Jobs To Be Done on the site (To Learn, Get Help, and Uplevel Marketing Expertise), I focused on offering a personalized experience by leveraging machine learning algorithms, and an analysis of user signals to meet our users’ needs.
