The Global Business Marketing organization within Facebook had an issue to contend with. Video content was being produced in a silo without a singular destination to house, consume, and measure its effectiveness. I turned a webinar brief into a self-initiative project to solve an organizational pain point. The idea was to create a video repository that is customer-facing, offering our business audience worldwide a lean-back video-watching experience with recommended content so their learning journey could continue efficiently.
